Over the years SOS has won a number of awards for production of printed matter (Print Awards, Galley Club Awards for magazine production, and recently even an award for an ad in the monthly Art Almanac).

It is from within SOS, however, that we receive our most valuable award: workplace loyalty.  More than 25 % of our employees have chosen to work at SOS for ten years or longer.

 

Corporate Social Responsibility

SOS Print & Media Group has made a commitment to act in a socially responsible manner and demonstrates this through their contribution to the community via sponsorships and various financial contributions to cultural organisations and charities.

We also employ a team of disadvantaged adults to assist in the production of educational workbooks allowing these young adults to fulfil employment opportunities. In 2003 and 2007 SOS Print + Media Group was nominated for a Prime Minister’s Award in recognition of the strong commitment to employing people with a disability.

SOS are Quality Assured to ISO 9001/2 and follow environmentally sound practices (certified to ISO 14001; FSC accredited; PEFC accredited; numerous environmental initiatives).
