SOS Print + Media is a privately owned print company in Sydney. It was founded in 1976 and has since grown to a communications company employing more than 125 people. Turnover for SOS Sydney is approximately $30 million with a growth of 5 % for the financial year 2008 – 2009. SOS is one of the largest independently owned printing companies in New South Wales.

SOS Sydney is located in Alexandria with an additional warehouse and distribution centre in Mascot. SOS has part ownership of CPX Print and Logistics in Brisbane which is of a similar structure to SOS. Together with Brisbane, the SOS Print + Media Group is Australia’s largest digital print on demand provider.

SOS offers

SOS has developed a comprehensive equipment list in offset and digital printing and in finishing, most projects can be completed in house. Most recent additions include a second ten colour press (2008), two OCE 6250 high speed production printers and a third perfect binder.

Modern machinery results in high productivity and outstanding quality. Redundancies of machines in print production, finishing and binding ensure that production is continuous and not held up in case of machine failures.
