The digital print department produces a variety of jobs including training manuals, short run books, financial research reports at very fast turnarounds. With investments into the latest technology; six high speed black printers with integrated finishing (drilling, stapling, saddle stitching), we produce up to 16 million black impressions per month. The Xeikon digital colour press is backed up by a smaller OCE colour printer.

A comprehensive bindery area with perfect and wiro binding, saddle stitching and other finishing equipment allows the completion of jobs quickly and all under the one roof.

This On Demand Production Centre is operating flexibly within modern supply chains and distribution networks, which have been altered by online communications and technology driven changes.

Just in Time vs Just in Case

Printing digitally means avoiding setup costs compared to traditional offset printing. This means that small print runs are economical, materials can be produced in smaller quantities and with shorter lead times. There is no need for big runs that then need to be stored in a warehouse until they become obsolete.

Segmentation and Distribute and Print

Items can be customised for small groups (course participants; niche markets) or personalised to the individual recipient. Products range from personalised postcards or books to web to print  applications that are made up and ordered online, printed overnight and despatched the next day. Through our networks these document can also be printed Australia wide or even simultaneously in other parts of the world.
