The pressroom of the SOS factory at Burrows Road houses a variety of presses, from a simple single colour press to a large perfecting ten colour. This means that jobs can be planned economically for a variety of machines. Letterheads can be produced on a small press which only requires one operator, point of sale materials go on the six colour CD which can print on heavier stocks due to its large cylinder size. Magazines are produced on one of the ten colour presses, which print and varnish both sides of the sheet at a speed of 13.000 sheets per hour.

The comprehensive bindery allows us to finish most jobs without having to rely on external suppliers. Printed items can be die cut or celloglazed in house or bound on one of the saddlestitching or burst binding lines.
